L.Z. Form Kft. is specialized in manufacturing of plastic and metal parts, assembling and packaging of medical devices since 2004, besides the construction and building of plastic injection moulding tools and the injection moulding of plastic parts. We deliver most of our products to Ireland and the United States of America.

Our operations, which we carry out within the framework of contract manufacturing, are based on the requirements of ISO 13485:2016 quality management system. We are proud of our 100 m² Cleanroom Class 8 compliant with ISO 14644-1 standard and a nearly 200 m² assembly facility. As part of our activity we make pad printing of plastic parts, laser welding of metal parts and CNC-machining of metal and plastic parts.

Independent quality assurance guarantees the compliance of devices and their components.

In the past few years we successfully installed new technologies for medical device manufacturing (blister packaging, soldering and assembly with microscopes), and we are continuously open for new technologies.

Actually we manufacture laparoscopic instruments used in spine surgery.

We are in continuous cooperation with our partners for new product development, including the procurement of special materials, building prototypes and implementing special customer processes.
