About Us
Our company was founded in 1991, in the beginning we were exclusively engaged in toolmaking.
We later expanded our activities to include plastic injection moulding and, from 2004, the manufacture of medical devices.
Our 3 profiles allow us to test the tools, then carry out any repairs and modifications in-house, and manufacture, clean, assemble and package the parts in-house.
For all the above activities, we have well-trained technicians and modern machinery at our disposal. In the past we have gained experience in the automotive, electronics, fine mechanics, furniture and medical device industries.
Our company has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 and MSZ EN ISO 13485:2016 quality management certificates, proving that we meet the highest expectations of our foreign and domestic customers.
In addition to Hungary, we supply our products to Austria, Germany, Italy and the United States.

MEDICAL INSTRUMENTATION
Since 2004, L.Z. Form Ltd. has been manufacturing plastic and metal components for medical devices, as well as assembling and packaging medical devices. The majority of our orders are shipped to Ireland and America.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
Thanks to our extensive manufacturing experience, we are sought after by partners from a wide range of industries, including electronics, mechanical, medical devices and furniture. In our injection moulding facility, Engel, Demag and Fanuc injection moulding machines ensure impeccable quality.
MOLD MANUFACTURING
Our company’s starting profile is toolmaking with a broad professional experience based on almost 30 years of history. Based on samples, 2D drawings and 3D models, we undertake the design of plastic injection moulding tools, the production of prototype tools and the manufacture of final tools.
